Meet The Woman Behind The Method

Hi, I'm Lucy, founder of The Everyday Style Method. I've always had a passion for fashion, a degree in it, and a background in visual merchandising- but becoming a stay-at-home mum of three (and 40 on the horizon!) completely shifted my relationship with style.

Somewhere in the busyness of motherhood, I lost touch with the confident woman I used to see in the mirror. I craved support-but everything out there felt too intense, too exposed, or too time time-consuming for me as an introvert. That's when I imagined something new: a private, powerful journey through style - at my own pace, in my own space. What I wanted didn't exist: a quiet, supportive style space that offered answers, not overwhelm.

So I trained as a certified Style Coach and created the thing I so desperately needed: a thoughtful, approachable method that helps everyday women rediscover their style and sense of self, one simple step at a time.

No fashion jargon. No pressure. Just simple tools, thoughtful guidance, and a method that meets you exactly where you are.
